Hoda Hamedifar is an Iranian-American entrepreneur, impact investment advocate, and the founder of ESGCERT. She has extensive experience in post-acquisition strategy, ESG integration, and impact-focused investing.

Previously, Hoda was a partner at Sansa Advisors, where she led post-acquisition strategy and implementation. Prior to that, she served as a senior consultant at J.P. Morgan, developing successful wealth strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Today, Hoda is an active impact angel investor and advisor. She collaborates with leading private equity and venture capital firms globally to define, evaluate, and report on impact across both public and private market investment strategies. Her work often involves advising on highly customized, thematic portfolios, focusing on measurable social and environmental outcomes. She delivers top-down impact frameworks that guide the investment underwriting process, aligning financial strategies with purpose-driven objectives.

Hoda holds academic credentials in Environmental Urban Planning and Finance, and further specialized in Impact Investment at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.

Outside of her professional work, Hoda is also a visual artist, art enthusiast, and philanthropist. She co-founded SansaArt, a creative initiative she dedicates her free time to with passion and purpose.
